Kentucky Air Hub Launch

The goal of this project was to support the hiring efforts for the launch of the new Amazon Air hub in Kentucky. This state of the art facility is the first of its kind spanning 800,000 square feet. The client wanted a campaign that could reach as many potential candidates as they could and to build excitement for this first class job opportunity.

This campaign came together quickly and supported 2 phases of deployment. We began with a welcoming coming soon message and then rolled out a hiring message with information on how to apply. 

​

I created digital assets used for Google Display Network's advertising program, email, text, billboard, transit, newspaper, paid social media, direct mail postcards, yard signs, video lower third, and a dedicated landing page that all ads drove to.

​

The campaign launched with a high success rate with positions being filled at an outstanding 115% fill rate the first week and 133% the second week.
