SEATTLE YOUTUBE DAY
Branding, Social, Print, Video
The goal of this project was to create an all inclusive brand that would be appealing to all genders and ages. The client wanted the branding to be fun, stand out, and give a subtle nod to online video.

I chose the color palette in order to give off a distinctly Seattle vibe and to stay away from YouTube iconic color palette. The client wanted to set itself apart from YouTube while still informing audiences that this was an event for those who love YouTube.

I worked closely with the Seattle YouTube Day team and presented them with multiple iterations of logos until we found the perfect one.

After the logo was chosen I worked in the "play" buttons to create a YouTube like pattern that would be featured across the campaign.

The event took place at the Living Computer: Museum + Labs in Seattle, WA. Using visuals from the museum as well as guest head shots I created social media graphics that would help advertise the event across Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook.

I created print media that included flyers and posters that were displayed throughout the city of Seattle.

I also edited and created motion graphics for promotion videos as well as after event videos of the panels that took place during the event.

The event planners noted that the event was a great success and they were impressed by the professional look that was created for their very first year.
